Fun fact: Jaquelyn and Justin’s wedding was the first wedding I captured after lockdown, and what a wedding! It was perfect, it was bursting with colorful flowers, citrus fruits and best of all a couple madly in love. You will remember Jaquelyn and Justin from their beautiful Houston Arboretum engagement session. And now you get to see them all dolled up at their colorful Astin Mansion wedding!
This wedding was wonderful, filled with little touches that showed off Jaquelyn and Justin’s personalities. We paired perfectly together as a team for their wedding day and because of this I got some gorgeous moments that happened organically.
Colorful Astin Mansion Wedding
Jaquelyn told me that she chose the venue because of the front of the house. She says she had wanted specifically the look it has with the white pillars and red brick. She loved the look and wanted it as the backdrop of her ceremony. Add onto the balcony the color flowers from Cotton Boll Florals, and the ceremony area was gorgeoussssss. And I don’t blame her, the ceremony images are straight fire!
I love how fun not only Jaquelyn and Justin are, but so are their wedding party and families! There is hardly a photo where you don’t see laughter or joy. Even during the sentimental moments you can feel the joy in those moments.
