Christine and Ben’s Houston engagement session at The Creative Chateau was all things JOY! This sweet couple was so much fun to be around and we had a blast documenting their love. As Houston’s best engagement photographers, we loooove being able to be a part of this special season of your life! So, here’s to the happy couple and their love! Cheers! The two met on Bumble, and have the sweetest proposal story. They said, “It started as a normal Saturday morning; coffee and a walk with the dog at the Houston Arboretum. The conversations quickly turned toward family and the future. Little did Christine know, there were big, big plans for later that day starting with brunch. After a wonderful walk and a stop at the dog park, they went home to get ready for the rest of their day.”
A Memorable Houston Engagement
“The plan was brunch, baby shower, battle star Galactica (just kidding) and an Astros game. Since the day was so busy, Ben insisted that both of us be ready for the game. As we got ready, we listened to our favorite love songs, got on our Astros gear, and left for the day. First stop, Flora for brunch. Having already made plans, Ben suggested a walk around the hidden lake. As we walked and talked, did a little dancing, dodged some sprinklers, Ben decided it was time.”
They continued to say, “Ben made sure we were in position by taking a step in front of the beautiful waterfall, and hoped both friends who were there to take pictures made it by then. He pulled out the ring, got on one knee, and stumbled through what he wanted to say, eventually remembering, he was supposed to ask a question here. He said, “Do you?” to which she replied, “Yes!!!” and he slipped the amazingly gorgeous ring on Christine’s finger. They then celebrated their new engagement with friends and family at an Astros game. Christine was completely unaware that any of them aside from her new fiancee would be in attendance in the suite.”
HOW SWEET IS THAT?! We celebrated their love with a stunning engagement session at The Creative Chateau, followed by adventuring around Flora. These two were nonstop smiles and laughs and their love for one another was shining bright!
